Industrial Training Program at BHU
FEDCO Centre of Excellence was invited to conduct a 7-Day Industrial Training Program (ITP) at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi from 23rd to 29th of February 2020. This program was aimed at helping the participants gain initial knowledge and perspectives on various topics starting from Campus to Corporate – Challenges and Opportunities. This daylong session was followed by Business Excellence and Risk Analysis, Communication Skills for Professional Excellence, Business Strategy & Financial Modelling, Performance Management & Balanced Score Card, Business Turnaround Strategy and Agile Project Management.
The program was conducted by very Senior Facilitators from FEDCO having a successful track record from Industry. The sessions involved a great amount of experience sharing and was highly interactive and participants had a great learning experience. This 7-Day program has gained a lot of appreciation from BHU saying that the sessions were helpful towards making the participants “Future Ready” and has also triggered a need for such programs by other faculties at BHU in future.
