Director & Head-PSPSam, as he popularly known as, is the Chief Executive Officer of FEDCO. Before joining us in April 2016, he held several roles in Noida Power Corporation Limited and was a pioneer to the success of NPCL over the past 12 years that he had been with them. He is a very straight forward person and looked upon as a trusting leader with a passionate drive towards business & team ethic, adopting/innovating new technologies, fair implementation of Corporate Policy & system adherence. He has proved himself as a result-driven, self-motivated and resourceful person with a proven-ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise profitability and efficiency. Additionally, he loves playing various sports, an avid reader and a voracious speaker.
Shailesh Jagannath Kalrao
Director & Head- VAIBEE Certified Energy Auditor, having rich 22 years of experience in all spectrums of power distribution business and has previously held various key positions in one of the largest electricity utility in India i.e Mahadiscom. Shailesh is trusted upon as a technical expert with exceptional project execution skills. He is a disciplinarian and is known for his perfect planning, owing to which he has been entrusted upon multiple responsibilities for Meter management, Testing, Stores and Research and development (R&D). He is also heading Value-added implementation segment. Through his wide experience of field and in-depth understanding of the integrities of the operations, he has contributed massively into the creation of in-house business solutions to achieve better operational efficiency.
Vijay T Dhonde
Director & Head-CGDVijay, Accredited Energy Auditor, is synonymous with a passionate leader with a proven track record of effective management. Through a deep-rooted experience of around two decades, Vijay is recognised for implement new business ideas in the organization, which subsequently have been converted into Strategic Business Units. His strong analytical and conceptualizing ability combined with excellent communication, presentation & execution skill helps him in adapting to any business challenge and provides innovative solutions. The sweep of his technological prowess touches aspects such as Survey, asset mapping, energy auditing, billing database, DPR preparation for AT&C loss reduction and demonstration of loss reduction. Vijay has worked closely with numerous power utilities and multilateral bodies on various and varied projects. He is an avid speaker and has represented FEDCO as multiple domestic and international platforms. Given his vast leadership experience in one of the India’s largest utility, Mahadiscom, Vijay has been contributed significantly to the growth for the Organization, Nationally & Internationally.

Director & Head- EPCA seasoned professional with around two decades of experience spread across project management, consulting and implementation, Ankush has proved himself as a dependable resource for execution of business initiatives and reviewing, refining and developing the strategy and direction of the company. Thorough his agile approach, he has ensured improving margins and maintaining a high quality service to clients. He has cultivated the reputation in the market & with customers & suppliers. Ankush has been involved in planning & organising the organisation's activities to achieve targets. He has successfully multiple front-end projects in electrical network optimization, automation, management and integration. His carrot & stick approach ensures that whatever his team undertakes gets done and ends met.
